An Exhibit Booth is included with most sponsorships.  You may also purchase additional booth space or a stand-alone booth without sponsorship.

Booth Staff:

The number of attendee registrations is based on your sponsorship level.  We are not offering Exhibit Hall only passes this year, but you may add extra registrations at a reduced rate, per the table below.  Need to register your attendees?  Go to the Tech Registration page.  You will not be able to register your attendees until your booth is confirmed.

Confirmed exhibitors will receive a link to the Exhibitor Kit and all related, detailed exhibitor information.  If you are a confirmed exhibitor and have not received your information, please e-mail info@atca.org.

Additional Information

Event Policy:  All participants, exhibitors and sponsors must adhere to ATCA's Event Policy and Code of Conduct.

Payment Policy:  

A sponsorship or stand-alone booth is not considered confirmed, and associated benefits will not be provided, until ATCA has received full payment. 

All payments must be made directly to ATCA. Payment is due upon receipt of an invoice unless alternative payment arrangements have been made.

Invoices that remain unpaid 15 days after the due date will incur a late fee of 1.5% of the outstanding balance, with additional late fees applied every 30 days until paid in full.

Exhibitors with outstanding balances will not be permitted to access the exhibit hall or set up their booths until payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy:  

All sponsorships are non-refundable. 

Requests to cancel booth-only purchases or add-on booth space must be submitted in writing.   Booth cancellations prior to March 30, 2027 will be refunded at 50%.   There will be no refunds for booths after March 30, 2027.
