Shaping aviation’s future means having a new attitude in 2026 as we mark the 70th anniversary of ATCA’s founding.

Our repositioning as a future-facing organization began in 2024 when we unveiled our rebrand. But it went far beyond just designing our new logo. We committed to a renewed mission, providing opportunities for education, collaboration, thought leadership, and advocacy.

In 2025, we strengthened our organization and our offerings, including:

• Welcoming several new accomplished trailblazers in ATM to our Board of Directors.
• Access to Trusted and Timely Industry Intelligence – Curated news alerts, issue-focused thought leadership webinars, and exclusive ATCA event insights for our civil, military, domestic, and international members.
• Corporate Directory – A robust listing of ATCA corporate members with company summaries, service categories, and designated POCs.
• Career Center – A dedicated platform supporting aviation and ATM professionals; employers may now post ATC-related opportunities to reach a targeted talent pool.

We drove advocacy for funding and shaping policy and regulatory outcomes by injecting new energy, time, and purpose into these efforts, particularly on Capitol Hill, and in representing our entire industry. That includes joining the Modern Skies Coalition as a Steering Committee member, adding the ATCA Leadership Council to collaborate closely with the FAA and other government and industry partners, continuing to engage in meaningful dialogue with ATM stakeholders and incoming FAA senior staff, and telling our story to the news media.

All of this activity, both new and renewed, is designed to strengthen our industry’s voice to better serve you. ATCA is the only organization representing the entire air traffic management ecosystem. The aviation landscape shifted dramatically in 2025, and we worked to be your trusted voice, advocating for modernization, safety, and the resources required to advance the Brand New Air Traffic Control System (BNATCS) implementation.
