Hotel Reservation Updates (as of October 21, 2025)
First and foremost, on behalf of ATCA, we want to express our sincere gratitude for your support of this symposium. Your enthusiasm and commitment to technology and air traffic management mean so much to us, and we deeply appreciate your involvement.
Due to the current Government Shutdown, we have decided to reschedule the conference. The event will now take place April 28 – 30, 2026, at the same venue – the FAA Tech Center and the Caesar’s Hotel Atlantic City.
Caesars Resort and Casino, Atlantic City, NJ is canceling all hotel reservations made in ATCA’s room block. If you booked outside the room block you will need to cancel your reservation. If you would still like to keep your current hotel reservation for our new dates, Caesars will honor the room rate. Please contact Flo Jones to request your reservation be held.
