Exhibit Booth Only Fee - $3,500/Corporate Member; $5,000/Non-Corporate Member

  • Each 10x10 booth space purchased includes one (1) complimentary Full Access registration. Sponsorship booths excluded.
  •  All individuals working in a booth must be registered under one of the following registration categories: Attendee, Government/Military, or Student. 
  •  Any registrations needed over the complimentary allotment must be purchased at the prevailing rate.
  • Exhibit Hall Visitor registrations are not permitted to staff an exhibit booth.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  1. Application Fees are non-refundable.
  2. Cancellations submitted via email to sandra.strickland@atca.org and rugger.smith@atca.org by February 28, 2026, will receive a refund minus a non-refundable 25% administrative fee.
  3. NO REFUNDS will be issued after February 28, 2026.
