Our events don’t run on logistics alone—they run on people. By volunteering, you become an essential part of ATCA Connect while gaining meaningful access, connections, and a discounted registration rate! Volunteer your time at ATCA Connect and earn reduced-fee access to the conference. Assist with essential tasks and in exchange, receive a discount on your registration!
Please be reminded that ALL positions require periods of standing. If you are unable to stand for periods of time, please do not sign-up.
You MUST be an ATCA member to volunteer.
Please note the date and time of your sign-ups, so they do not conflict with each other, with ATCA sessions or events that you want to attend, or with other responsibilities.
Volunteer Shifts
We need volunteers for the following days and times.
- Shift 1: Monday, March 2: 7:45 am - 11:15 am
- Shift 2: Monday, March 2: 11:00 am - 2:30 pm
- Shift 3: Monday, March 2: 2:15 pm - 5:15 pm
- Shift 4: Tuesday, March 3: 7:45 am - 11:15 am
- Shift 5: Tuesday, March 3: 11:00 am - 2:30 pm
- Shift 6: Tuesday, March 3: 2:15 pm - 5:15 pm
- Shift 7: Wednesday, March 4: 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
Each shift may include any of the volunteer roles noted below. You can sign up for one or two shifts. One shift is a 40% discount off of full registration and two shifts are 80% off full registration. You must be available for the full shift.

Industry Session Monitor
Assist Industry Session presenters. Count attendees.
Breakout Session Monitor
Check badges at entrance. Count attendees. Pass mics as needed.
