PAYMENT INFORMATION
A late payment fee of 1.5% of the outstanding balance will be assessed 15 days after the invoice due date. This fee will continue to accrue and be assessed every 30 days thereafter until full payment is received.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Application fees are non-refundable. Booth cancellations or space reductions submitted in writing according to the refund schedule below will be eligible for a refund, less the non-refundable application fee. All cancellation and booth space reduction requests must be submitted in writing to both sandra.strickland@atca.org and rugger.smith@atca.org, and must be received no later than January 31, 2026. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations or booth space reductions received after January 31, 2026.

REFUND SCHEDULE
• 50% refund with receipt of written cancellation by December 31, 2025
• 25% refund with receipt of written cancellation by January 31, 2026
