What is TSA PreCheck: TSA Pre✓® is an expedited screening program that enables identified low-risk air travelers to enjoy a smart and efficient screening experience. TSA Pre✓® travelers don't have to remove shoes, 3-1-1 liquids, laptops, light outerwear, or belts! Today, TSA Pre✓® has more than 450 lanes at 167 US airports.
The TSA Pre✓® application program allows U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents to directly apply for TSA Pre✓®. Once approved, travelers will receive a “Known Traveler Number” (which can be added to a travelers airline profile and reservations) and will have the opportunity to utilize TSA Pre✓® lanes at select security checkpoints when flying on the 16 carriers that currently participate in TSA Pre✓® including: Air Canada, Alaska Airlines, Allegiant, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Hawaiian Airlines, JetBlue Airways, OneJet, Southwest Airlines, Sun Country Airlines, United Airlines, Virgin America and WestJet.
How to Prepare: To participate in this local enrollment event, please pre-enroll ahead of time by simply clicking here (http://www.identogo.com/tsa-precheck). Select ”Apply Now” and then “Apply Now”. Fill out steps 1 through 3, and in Step 4, type in your code “SP-ATCA”. Make sure you are choosing “ATCA”. Then press the magnifying glass to display the appointment times. Choose your Location “National Harbor, MD” and click Next at the bottom of the screen, Final Step – Select Date and Time: select your appointment time (the first available shows, you can use the drop down to choose a different date and/or time.) Please be sure to make note of your appointment time, no reminders will be sent out.
IMPORTANT! To complete the application process, you will need to bring documentation proving identity and citizenship status! Please visit this link for a complete list of required documents. If you have a valid U.S. passport, that is all you need for ID! You will finish the process onsite by providing your fingerprints for a background check.
Fee: The application fee is $85 and can be paid by credit card, money order, company check, or certified/cashier's check. Cash and personal checks are not accepted.

HOW TO GET THERE:
The ATCA 61st Annual is taking place at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, MD located in the Washington, DC-area, from October 16 through October 19, 2016. There is also a free shuttle that runs a loop between the Gaylord and FAA FOB10A (800 Independence Avenue, SW). The shuttle will pick up at the C Street Entrance (7th and C St, SW – one block from L/'Enfant Metro Plaza).
