Joining ATCA

How long will it take for my membership to be processed?

Your online application is processed immediately. When the data is imported into the system and your payment processed, you will receive a confirmation email with additional information. If you submit your application via mail, your application will take up to 2 weeks to be processed.

 

When will I receive my Membership ID card?
A member ID card will be mailed within four-six weeks of processing your membership as well as a New Member Packet explaining ATCA benefits and discounts.

Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. If you join through our web-site you will receive two receipts, first, a generic receipt for reimbursement purposes and a second more detailed email receipt and confirmation. As well, once you have logged onto our website as a member you can go to My Orders and review your most recent orders/transaction as well as print a copy of your receipt from there.

 

Membership Changes or Updates

How do I update my contact information?
To change or update your ATCA member information go to http://www.atca.org/ and login. Once logged in, you will be able to update/modify your profile information on-line.


Membership renewal

My ATCA membership expired over a year ago. Will I lose my continuous date?
Yes. If you wish to retain your original continuous date of membership, you may do so by paying the back dues for the years that your membership lapsed.

 

How do I renew my membership?
ATCA will notify you via e-mail close to when your membership is expiring. Once notified, all you need to do is to log into your account at http://www.atca.org/ and renew on-line. If you find it more comfortable renewing by mail that is fine, but that process will take more time.

 

ATCA Committees

How can I become a member of one of ATCA’s Committees?
You may nominate yourself or be nominated by another member for membership on an ATCA Committee. You can also nominate other members. If you are interested in participating on a Committee, please contact paul.planzer@atca.org for further details.
