The 56th Annual ATCA Conference and Exposition takes an in-depth look at the future of air traffic control. Please note that these rates expire on August 29, 2011. The Gaylord has historically sold out over our conference dates and we expect the same to occur this year. We encourage everyone needing an overnight stay to make their reservations as early as possible.
General Conference Reservations ($249 rate)
Government Rate Reservations (applicable goverment per diem rate) The government rate rooms are for government employees only (not government contractors). Please note that all reservations under the government rate room block will be audited to insure all recipients are government employees. If a non-government employee has a room reservation under the government room block it will be automatically moved to the general conference room block at the $249 rate.

The Gaylord National Resort is offering discounted room rates for conference attendees and exhibitors. For 2011, the discounted room rate is $249 a night plus any applicable fees and taxes.
